Individual Sessions: 50-minute in-person or remote session used for reiki, guided meditation and visualization or oracle card readings.
 
This is your time to go deep with spirit and receive heart-centered wisdom as we explore life’s challenges, decisions, or transitions through a soul-level lens. Spiritual Wellness Sessions: In-Person or Distance reiki, energy therapeutics, and more with personalized reflection and coaching following your reading.
 
 
Sessions are client-led and supported with optional tools like:
Oracle or archetype cards
Mantras & yogic philosophy
Energy healing modalities
Prayer and/or Meditation

    Individual sessions are held in-person at our private practice location or via telehealth/remote.  Given the nature of our work, all sessions are by appointment only (no walk-ins). Community wellness events may be located across Greater New Haven, Middlesex County and Central Connecticut.
