Lindsay E. Day
Lindsay is a well respected clinical practitioner who ethically integrates holistic behavior practices into her clinical work to meet the diverse needs of her clients. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychological Sciences with a concentration in Sociology and a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Lindsay has a background in school consultation and has a breadth of knowledge in collaborative care for co-occurring mental health conditions, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD and trauma.
Her current work involves coaching individuals on curating sustainable self-care practices that take into account unique individual factors such as stress, grief, nervous system capacity and the role of spirituality. Having committed to her own healing work including undergoing Usui Holy fire® iii karuna Reiki® Master Teacher training she understands first hand the commitment to ongoing daily wellness practices. She effortlessly blends science and spirituality to honor the complexities of modern life and meets clients where they are at without judgement. When she is not at work, Lindsay enjoys time with her partner, family, friends and is always down to visit the beach with a fun coffee.

Our Services

Rooted in clinical behavior analysis and informed by person-centered approaches. Uncover meaning behind various behavior challenges and build clarity, structure and confidence with an individualized plan designed for lasting change and independence. Neurodiversity affirming practices and a trauma-informed lens are the cornerstones of this work. Parents, educators, BACB Trainees may elect for ongoing behavior coaching or consultation following an intake appointment.
Therapeutic Behavior Consultation

Using a multimodal approach we partner together to take a deep dive into YOU! By the end of your first session you will leave with a co-created personalized roadmap to support meaningful change for your unique path. Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes (in-person or remote) and provide a judgement-free space that incorporates aspects of traditional coaching, success counseling, behaviorism and thought provoking questions to support you becoming more YOU every step of the way!
Integrative Individual Coaching

A restorative space to release tension, improve energetic balance and reconnect with your body's innate capacity to slow down. Guided meditation, energy balancing, affirmation cards and yoga philosophy are thoughtfully blended to curate a supportive self-care plan just for you.
Nervous System Reset & Spiritual Care

Experience the synergistic effects of community wellness. Offerings vary seasonally and blend science and spiritual practices for self-care. (Winter Book Club, Mindful meditation & movement; Moon Circles and more)
