We love the Wellness Wheel because here at Daybreak, we consider wellness to be a more of a "package deal" as opposed to just one singular "thing". There are so many factors which can impact our experiences of "wellness".

Individual sessions are held in-person at our private practice location or via telehealth/remote.  Given the nature of our work, all sessions are by appointment only (no walk-ins). Community wellness events may be located across Greater New Haven, Middlesex County and Central Connecticut.
