Location: In-person sessions are held at our private practice location as well as across Greater New Haven, Middlesex County and Central Connecticut for community wellness events. We offer telehealth/consult and remote options. We are happy to accommodate. Given the nature of our work, all sessions are by booked appointment only (no walk-ins)
